Mindfulness & Meditation for Health & Wellbeing - 8 week course

This 8 week online course will teach you practical meditation and mindfulness techniques in a structured way to increase your sense of wellbeing and help you tackle stress, anxiety and pain.
Perfect for beginners and newcomers to meditation, as well as those wishing to reconnect to a regular practice within a supportive group environment.
This initial course is being offered half price at £120. This includes 8 x 90 minute live online sessions via zoom, with access to recorded sessions.
You are expected to commit to a daily practice of 25 mins throughout the course, and it is recommended that you buy a copy of our training manual: Practical Zen.
